A weekly course of mindfulness exercises, conversation, and meditation which aims to:
- increase your ability to pay attention and live in the present
- decrease your level of daily stress and distraction
- foster a supportive community as together you take steps to change your over-filled, over-stressed or “automatic pilot” life
