Mindfulness In Daily Life

A weekly course of mindfulness exercises, conversation, and meditation which aims to:

  • increase your ability to pay attention and live in the present
  • decrease your level of daily stress and distraction
  • foster a supportive community as together you take steps to change your over-filled, over-stressed or “automatic pilot” life

 

June 17th-August 12th

Sundays 10:15-11:15 am

(or Tuesdays at 5:30-6:30 or 7-8 pm if there is interest)
